Many of my clients join me when they realise that for so many years they've put others first, looking after everyone else before they take care of their own needs. That can only continue for so long.
Regulate with Andrea is my local membership; a warm, welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and take time out for you.

Meet Andrea
I'm a certified breathwork and somatic coach with 36 years of leadership and coaching experience.
For over 30 years, I worked as a coach in a large corporate environment. I built my business while holding down a demanding day job, juggling deadlines, family responsibilities, and the constant pressure to stay on top of everything. And like so many of the clients I now work with, I was “coping” — but barely.
To keep going, I had to learn how to regulate my nervous system and release stress before it turned into burnout, migraines, or overwhelm. These tools changed everything.
Now I teach these methods to my clients so they can handle more, live life to the full and take time out to restore and reconnect with themselves
