💃 Move
Move is a functional movement class designed to keep your body strong, stable, and mobile whatever your current fitness level. The focus is on movements that help you feel confident in everyday life: standing up with ease, sitting down smoothly, bending, reaching, and keeping your balance.
Think of it as training for the things you actually want to do whether that’s playing with the grandkids, walking the dog, carrying the shopping, or just moving through life without those old lady or old man noises every time you get up from a chair.
This class is accessible, fun, and supportive, with every exercise designed to help you maintain independence and keep enjoying the things you love as you get older.
🌿 Restore:
A calming, deeply relaxing session designed to soothe your nervous system. Mostly done lying down, this session invites rest and softness—ideal for easing stress, and finding calm in the middle of a busy life. A perfect reset for overwhelm or stress
🔥 Release:
A powerful breathwork or somatic session designed to help you release stored stress, tension, and emotional blocks. This deeper practice combines conscious breathing with body-based release techniques to support emotional healing and nervous system reset. Best suited for those ready for a deeper shift—recommended every few weeks.
