Stored stress and trauma in the body can show up as chronic conditions like fatigue, constant body tingling, muscle aches and spasms, IBS and skin flare ups.

I show my clients how to release stored stress and trauma from their bodies using breathwork and somatic (of the body) techniques. 

I used to suffer with fortnightly migraines and IBS until I learnt these techniques, I haven't had either for over 6 years now.

I’m Andrea, a qualified breathwork and somatic coach with over 1,000 hours of training and experience helping 100s of clients release stress and trauma without medication or long therapy journeys.

Erica came to me getting barely 3 hours sleep each night, even though she was absolutely exhausted, her body couldn't rest. After 4 weeks of personalised regulation practices, she was getting a full nights sleep and felt great!

Melanie came to me with an incredibly strong freeze response connected to past trauma. It would literally cause her to pass out when she felt stressed or nervous.
I showed her how to reconnect ot her body, so she could feel when these episodes were approaching and gave her a toolkit to use to calm her nervous system response, which prevented any further blackouts.
