For years, I lived with chronic IBS & migraines and felt like my body was working against me. I tried to think my way out of it, but it wasn’t until I learned how to work directly with my body and nervous system that things began to shift.
As I released layers of stored stress and trauma, my symptoms started to reduce, and now I haven't had IBS or a migraine for over 6 years.
Now I help others with chronic conditions do the same: gently reconnect to their bodies, release what’s been held and create the conditions for healing.
