The Body Breakthrough is a two-week journey with a personalised breakthrough plan, designed to reset your body’s response to stress and reduce the frequency of flare-ups.

You’ll learn how stress shows up in your body, where you hold tension, and which techniques help your nervous system settle using a small but powerful part of my full 12 week Release Method Programme.

I'm so confident in my method and the results my past clients have achieved that as long as you follow the routine I give you and do the daily practices if you don't see a reduction in your body map stress scores at the end of the 2 weeks, I will keep working with you until you do.

Meet Andrea

I'm Andrea, a qualified breathwork and somatics coach with over 1,000 hours of training, and 36 years’ experience coaching high-performing teams in corporate life.

I created The Release Method after healing my own IBS and migraines through learning how to release stored stress from my body. I've taken over 150 clients through this method now to heal chronic fatigue, recurring trauma, chronic stress and burnout.

FAQs

What if I don’t have time for another course?

You won’t need hours a day. Most practices take under 15 minutes and fit easily into your day, even during busy weeks.

Do I need

to have experienced trauma for

this to help?

Not at all. Many clients simply feel tired, wired, or tense for no clear reason.
Whether your stress comes from years of overdoing or one big life event, this process helps your body return to a state of safety and calm.

What if I can't make the live session?

The sessions are repeated every two weeks, so you can join the next that suits your schedule and start your programme then. 

What if it doesn't work for me?

This process works for everyone because we are accessing the tools that your body already has. It requires you to practice the techniques consistently but only for 5-10 minutes daily so it's very manageable
