Regulate Programme - Face to Face

Regulate is a 2 month programme, consisting of 4 workshops and a final one to one "treat" session with me; that will give you tools, techniques and knowledge to enable you to effectively manage feelings of anxiety,  stress or overwhelm so that you can operate from a place of calm.

You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system and still your mind so that stress or anxiety doesn’t stop you from doing what you want or from performing at your best in important situations.
