Chakras play a role in the flow of energy in your body.

When chakras become blocked or unbalanced, it can have an impact on your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health.

The throat chakra (also known as Vishuddha) is responsible for communication, self-expression, and the ability to speak your personal truth.

When this chakra becomes blocked we often find it difficult to communicate our heart felt needs 

We will use sound and breathwork to help balance and unblock the throat chakra.
