Breathe, Reset, Release

We will use breathwork to still the mind, and come back into the body. This allows release of trauma or stuck emotions held in the body, without the interference of our ego mind (you know the chatter, chatter voice!)

Each session we will start with a different breathwork technique, to help you to build a toolkit of techniques to try. We end with conscious connected breathing which moves us into a slightly altered conscious state and allows release of stuck emotions so that we can come back to ourselves.

The space will be confidential, and held safely to allow you to truly relax and come back to yourself
