Break Through Anxiety Face to Face Programme

Break Through Anxiety is a 2 month programme, consisting of 4 workshops that will give you tools, techniques and knowledge to enable you to effectively manage feelings of anxiety and stress so that you can operate from a place of calm and live the life you want.

In this programme you will learn breathwork and body based techniques.  We will look at how you think and talk to yourself and I will help you to change unhelpful thought patterns so that your thoughts support your goals in life.

Breathwork gives us direct access to our nervous system and by changing our breath, we can change how we feel.

We will look at and improve your functional (day to day breathing) This is the first step to making sure we stabilise the nervous system.
