I help busy women teach their bodies how to truly switch off. My work blends nervous system education with gentle, practical release techniques that fit into real life.

I’ve guided many women who felt “stuck on high alert” to reduce symptoms of chronic conditions, calm flare ups and feel safe in their own bodies again. This workshop is built from the same process I use in my one to one programme
