Private Nervous System Coaching for Women Navigating Trauma, PTSD, and Emotionally Intense Life Experiences

Some things need more space.

If you're carrying past trauma, navigating PTSD, or going through something emotionally complex, group support can feel a little daunting

Working 1-to-1 offers private, personalised coaching and a calm, focused space to work through the things you’re not ready to bring into a group.

You’ll have two 1:1 sessions each month with me to explore whatever’s coming up for you safely and gently. Whether it's anxiety, stored trauma, or a series of stressful events we’ll create a path that works for you and your life.

Many of my clients begin with 1-to-1 to build confidence, learn the tools, and move through what's blocking them. When they’re ready, they often step into group support to continue that work in a lighter, supported way.

This is the place to start if you know you need support — and you're ready for something truly personal.

“For the first time in forever, I can see hope.”
After just one session, I felt something shift. I wasn’t spiralling the way I normally would. I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere.

Meet your Coach

Meet Andrea

I'm a certified breathwork and somatic coach with 36 years of leadership and coaching experience.

For over 30 years, I worked as a coach in a large corporate environment. I built my business while holding down a demanding day job, juggling deadlines, family responsibilities, and the constant pressure to stay on top of everything. And like so many of the women I now work with, I was “coping” — but barely.

To keep going, I had to learn how to regulate my nervous system and release stress before it turned into burnout, migraines, or overwhelm. These tools changed everything.

Now I teach these methods to other busy women so they can handle more without their bodies breaking down.
