We'll take time to revise and hone our elevator pitch (if we already have one) Write one if we don't and practice them on each other in a safe environment

In the second half of the session we'll explore how we stay fit and healthy as business owners. There's always the temptation to work longer hours and it's easy to forget our own wellbeing. Let's share what keeps us mentally and physically strong
