About the event

A breathwork session to help you to release stress & anxiety.

In this session we will use conscious connected breathwork. This type of breathwork slightly alters our conscious state and quietens the chatty, ego mind - you know the bit of your brain that tells you you can't do things and bad things are about to happen. Once this chatter is calmed, we can connect with our true selves again. 

This type of breathwork can be amazing for generating a completely calm and relaxed state, for fuelling creativity and for letting go of anything we haven't yet managed to move through and keep revisiting in our mind.
